When you pull in to the “box” you’ll notice a lot of things that may be foreign in a big gym. You’ll see kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells, bumper plates, jump ropes, kegs, rowers, hard work, heavy sweating, and camaraderie. Whether it’s losing fat, gaining strength, getting off of high blood pressure meds, or just looking better…we love watching our members improve!
Our coaches have all been there before (both lost 100 pounds each with CrossFit) so they know what it’s like to have to put in the work. Classes at CrossFit 1Pulse don’t surpass 8 athletes so you don’t get lost in the class and they can really focus on you. Let our coaches help guide you with your goals and be the best you possible.
